Winona Reed, age 85, of Brownstown, passed away at 3:37 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Schneck Medical Center.
Winona was born in Vallonia on March 12, 1940, to the late George Rice and Myrtle Fleenor Rice. She was a graduate of Vallonia High School. She was married to Dan Reed, and he preceded her in death in 1990. Winona worked in the health care field.
Survivors include her son, Wayne Deaton; two granddaughters, Kaylee & Katelin Deaton; and 5 great grandchildren.
Winona's wish was to have no funeral service. The burial will take place at Vallonia Cemetery.
