Rosa Nell Fish, 83, of Franklin and formerly of Brownstown, died at 11:11 a.m. Monday, May 1, 2023, at Otterbein Senior Life Community in Franklin. Rosa was born on August 2, 1939, in Dallas, TX to the late Lena O'Hara Watson. She was married to James E. Fish, and he preceded her in death on December 22, 1979. Rosa graduated from Brownstown High School. She was a factory worker and after her retirement, she worked at McDonald's in Brownstown. Rosa loved animals, watching the Hallmark Channel, listening to country music, painting, and crosstiching. Survivors include her children: Kim Stinson of Indianapolis & Monty Stinson of Brownstown; grandchildren: Fallon Stinson of Indianapolis & Alex Stinson of Wisconsin; and a sister, Shannon Werkamp. Funeral services for Rosa will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2023, at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
