She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and was retired from Jeans Extrusion Company. She was born November 25, 1936 in Millport to Robert Emmett Jackson (deceased) & Geneva Pearl Boling Jackson who survives in Millport, IN. She is also survived by her children, Terry Darkis of Millport, Tracy (Rita) Darkis of Goat Hollow, Troy (Linda) Darkis of Millport, and Lana Darkis of Goat Hollow; 1 sister, Dorothy Williams of Vallonia; 9 Grandchildren, Justin, Brandon, Tracy Dean, Rhea, Ramie, Tim, Cathy, Rhonda & Crystal; 18 great grandchildren; 3 nieces, Sheila, Tammy & Amber. Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her father, a sister-Norma Raby, and 2 nephews- Mark Raby and Shane Williams. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Home with Greg Underwood officiating. Friends may call Wednesday, May 13, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will take place at the Plattsburg Cemetery.
