Hugh H. "Skip" Rodgers, 66, of Vallonia died at 1:00 p.m. at his home on February 11, 2019. Hugh was retired and did many self-employed jobs during his employment. He loved animals, reading, hunting and fishing. Hugh had a good sense of humor and lived by his own rules & beliefs. He was born on March 8, 1952 in Brown County, IN to the late Hugh C. Rodgers & Norma Riggs Rodgers. Hugh is survived by a brother, Garrett Riggs and a sister, Teresa Kaufman.
