Gwynden (Fleetwood) Dillman, 79, of Haleysburg, passed away at 12:37 a.m. on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at her home. She was a member of Haleysburg Nazarene Church and retired from the Vallonia Tree Nursery. She enjoyed gardening, canning, spending time with her grandchildren & great grandchildren, going to yard sales, flea marketing, watching westerns & soap operas. Gwynden was born on September 11, 1943, in Jackson County, to the late Millard Dale Fleetwood and Alige Geraldine Devin Fleetwood. On May 14, 1960, she married James Elmer Dillman and preceded her in death on March 28, 1996. Survivors include: 4 children: Marvina Sue (Roger) Ferguson, James Richard (Crystal) Dillman, Tammy Jo (Rick) Alvey, & Pamela Joyce (Rick) Baughman; 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brothers: Jim & Mike Fleetwood; sisters: Karen (Charlie) Scott, Regina (Steve) Coffeey. Gwynden was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 4 brothers: Buck, Danny, Harvey, & Darvin Fleetwood; sister, Rhonda Underwood; daughter, Brenda Darlene Spradlin; & a grandson, Adam Bowers. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia with Matt Roberts officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Vallonia Cemetery.
