David Earl Shuffitt, Jr., 37, died Monday, July 31, 2017 in Vallonia. He had been ill for 3 years. He attended the Apostolic Pentecostal Tabernacle in Seymour. He owned and operated D&M Lawn Care services. He enjoyed football and mowing yards. He was born on May 10, 1980 in Columbus, IN to the late David E. and Mary Lou Fazzone Shuffitt. He is survived by his 4 children, David Shuffitt III, John Shuffitt, Jacob Shuffitt and Zoe Shuffitt all of Seymour; 2 brothers, Daniel Shuffitt & Jerry Cossell both of Columbus; 3 sisters, Tiffany Perone of Holt, Missouri, Lisa Patrick of Vallonia, and Jamie Fields of Columbus. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, August 4, 2017 at 6 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia with Rev. Larry Arrowwood officiating. Friends may call from 3-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home.
