Cheryl S. Schrader, 57, of Vallonia, died at 4:23 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Schneck Medical Center. She had been ill for 2 years. She worked as a Scale House Operator at Rose Acres. Cheryl attended Driftwood Christian Church. She enjoyed cooking, working in her flowers, and when her children were in school, she loved attending their sports and cheer events. Cheryl was born on October 20, 1963 in Bedford, IN to Leo Weaver (deceased) & Judy Embree Weaver of Bedford. She married Bobby Schrader on May 16, 1992 in Vallonia and he survives. Other survivors include her two children—Brooklyn (Denver) Dowling of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Cody Schrader of Vallonia; brother—David Weaver of Bedford and sisters—Christy Lewis of Bedford & Cathy (Dean) Speer of Mitchell. Funeral services will be held at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Chris Criminger officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, February 5th from 4:00 -8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will take place at Cresthaven Cemetery in Bedford. Memorial contributions can be given to Red Sky Rescue.
