Andy Weber, 59, of Vallonia, died unexpectedly at 7:14 a.m. on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Schneck Medical Center. He was of the Christian Faith. Andy was a "Jack of all trades" but most of his success and enjoyment came from his ability as a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing, playing euchre, piddling & tinkering, and doing whatever he could do outdoors. Andy was born on July 10, 1960 to the late Don Weber & Angie Hockerschmidt Weber Chowning and she survives in New Albany, IN. On December 5, 1981 in Vallonia, he married Gail Bowers Weber and she survives in Vallonia. Other survivors include 2 children, Matthew Levi (Melissa) Weber of Vallonia and Kayda "Niki" (Jeremy) Dean of Norman; grandchildren, Wyatt Scott Weber, Maddox Allen & Codi Joseph Dean; a brother, Billy Chowning; 2 sisters, Sarah (Eric) Wade & Mary Alice (Gary) Pike. He was preceded in death by his father, brothers—Wayne Chowning & Ricky Weber and a grandson—Jackson Witty Dean. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia with Matt Roberts officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, December 27th from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will take place at the Vallonia Cemetery.
